What Clarity is built for

Based in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Clarity is an engineering-led automation practice for organizations whose teams are still doing too much repetitive coordination, reporting, follow-up, spreadsheet, document, and technical workflow work by hand.

The goal is to make important work easier to run and easier to trust. That means understanding the workflow, identifying what is worth automating, keeping the right human review points in place, and delivering practical systems that are documented, tested, and maintainable.

Founder-led delivery

Clarity is led by Seif Mostafa Kamel, whose background combines classical engineering, systems thinking, automation, software development, data workflows, and applied machine learning.

Seif holds a mechanical engineering background and graduate-level computer science training from a top 5 technical university, with experience applying engineering judgement, automation, and modern software methods to complex technical and operational problems.

That mix matters: many workflow problems are not purely software problems. They involve people, process, data quality, technical constraints, risk, and decisions that need to be understood before anything is automated.

How we work

Most engagements start by mapping a manual workflow and clarifying the inputs, outputs, systems, users, exceptions, and approval points involved. From there, Clarity recommends the lightest useful path: an audit, a focused automation sprint, a larger custom system, or ongoing support for workflows already in use.

The work is intentionally practical. Clarity focuses on clear scope, useful outputs, documented assumptions, careful implementation, and clean handoff so clients understand what was built and how to use it.
